Guest Conduct Policy

Policy Statement:

Surprise Valley Hot Springs reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who violate property rules, cause disturbances, damage property, or act disrespectfully toward staff or other guests. Guests placed on the Do Not Return (DNR) / Black List may not book or stay at the property again.

Respect for Staff:   Guests are expected to treat staff member with courtesy and respect.

No Harassment:   Guest are prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment, including verbal abuse or offensive language.

No Illegal Activities:   Guests are not allowed to in engage in illegal activities, such as possession of illegal substances or providing alcohol to those under the legal age.

No Disturbance:   Guests must not disturb others with excessive noise or behavior, including allowing dogs to bark.

No Smoking in Rooms, Hot Tubs, Patios or within 10 feet of a building.

No Damage to Property:   Guest are expected to maintain the property and avoid causing damage.

Pets:   

            Pets must be leashed when outside to prevent injury due to offsite hot water areas, and to protect wildlife, and other guests. 

            Pets must relieve themselves in the designated areas indicated with signage.

            Pets shall not be left unattended in rooms or vehicles

            Noise due to barking must be kept to a minimum

            Please use the sheet cover provided to protect the furniture

            Pets are not allowed in the private patio, hot tub or shower/tub


Surprise Valley Hot Springs assumes no responsibility for any personal injury, damages to property or other pets caused by guest(s)’ owned pet(s).  Owners agree to indemnify the hotel for any claims arising from their pet’s actions.

By booking a room, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and will abide by this policy.
