Surprise Valley Hot Springs is for 21 years of age or older. Day use is not allowed and there is no internet. All Rooms are 2 people maximum, except: #19, #20, & #23, two-bedroom suites that can accommodate 4 people maximum. Standard and Deluxe rooms are pet friendly. $35 per day for a maximum of 2 pets. (3-night maximum charge). $20 fee on top of USPS postage amount for mailing items left at Hot Springs. Additional 4% bed tax. Each Room features a private hot springs tub (15 Rooms – outdoor; 4 Rooms – indoor), and a full kitchen (rooms 12 & 13 have stove top only – no oven). Rooms have TVs with DVD players only – no satellite TV. Each room is provided an assortment of movies to choose from. Feel free to bring your favorites from home.Room rates will be increased during Holidays and Special Events!

Standard and Deluxe rooms are pet friendly.
Policies:
- Reservations are required for all stays at the hot springs, and full payment is collected at time of booking. Major credit cards are accepted: VISA & Mastercard.
- It is recommended that you make your reservation online, however, you are welcome to call the office during office hours if you have questions or need assistance.
- Office hours: 9 am — noon 1 pm — 3 pm
- Two-night minimum for all reservations.
- $25 processing fee may be charged for reservation changes.
- If you need an invoice for business purposes, please let us know at the time of booking by entering “E-Mail INVOICE” in the comments window.
- There are no public tubs or pools – only tubs in private fenced patios or in-suite.
- All rooms and hot tubs are non-smoking
- Check-in is 4 pm – Your key will be in an envelope with your last name on it, and attached to the office door.
- Check-out is 11 am
- If you must move to another room, expect to remove your items by 11 am and check back in at 3 p m.

CANCELLATION Policy
- 7 day cancellation required (14 day cancellation for holidays).
- The amount of the booking minus $25 cancellation fee will be refunded.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- These policies apply to cancellations due to weather and/or smoke.
